What is Pyjama Drama Box?

Pyjama Drama Box is a bimonthly subscription service, specialising in pyjamas and self-care. We deliver one full set of luxury pyjamas, plus 3-4 high-quality, handpicked products from local businesses and global brands, straight to your door. All items undergo in-house quality control, are cruelty-free and are expertly curated to reduce stress and encourage self-care.

I want to sign up to Pyjama Drama Box, are there any extra fees?

No, there are no extra fees. Your subscription comes with free delivery to the UK, so you will never have to pay for this, or any extras we may provide. However, if you are buying from outside of the UK, there will be an additional charge of £18.00 for delivery.

How often will I get my Pyjama Drama Box?

Your first box will be sent out to you immediately (unless you order during a pre-order). Going forward, Pyjama Drama Box is a bimonthly subscription box meaning you will get a box every other month. The Pyjama Drama Boxes you could receive are January, March, May, July, September and November. For example, if you sign up in January or before the 17th of February you will receive the January box. Alternatively, if you sign up in May or before the 17th of June you will receive the May Pyjama Drama Box.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?

No problem, if you have ordered the wrong size and feel a different size would fit you better just send us an email to hello@pyjamadramabox.co.uk and we will arrange to exchange the size for you. Please bear in mind, often we sell out very quickly and we will only be able to exchange should we have the stock available at the time of your enquiry. We always recommend selecting your usual size or one size up if you like your PJs a little oversized. Finally, we cannot cover the returns postage on your end at this time but will send your new size back to you & update your size preference on your profile free of charge.

Do you have a size guide?

Currently, no. As we currently get our pyjamas from various brands across the globe we cannot offer a size guide that will be suitable for every month as it will depend on the companies individual guidelines. However, feel free to send us an email or DM and we are more than happy to guide you in the right direction with measurements and helping you settle on the perfect size. We always recommend going for your usual size or if you like your PJ's a little oversizedm try the next size up. Pyjamas are better when they're roomy anyway, are we right?!

How do pre-orders work?

When you pre-order your Pyjama Drama Box you will pay for the upcoming box immediately. You will then not be charged again until the payment for the following box is due. Your Pyjama Drama Box will then be sent out to you first thing on our official dispatch day. To elaborate, if you sign up between the 18th of April - 30th of April you will be preordering the May box. Is Pyjama Drama Box available outside the UK?

Of course! However, please bear in mind that subscriptions outside the UK will include an additional charge of £18.00 for delivery and may take a little bit longer to reach you.

Can I buy a box as a gift?

You most certainly can! Pyjama Drama Box is the perfect gift for any occasion. You can even write a personalised message for them to read when they open their box, which can be done via the 'give a gift' section at checkout! If you’d like to gift a box to a loved one, simply click here.

Welcome to the club! Your job is done, now you can sit back, relax and wait for your Pyjama Drama Box to arrive at your door. Your first box will be dispatched within one working day. Alternatively, if you have ordered during our pre-order you will be sent your box on the first official Pyjama Drama Box shipment day. For reassurance while you’re counting down the days, you can check your inbox for regular updates on dispatch and delivery.

What can I expect in my Pyjama Drama Boxes?

Pyjama Drama Box is a bimonthly subscription service, specialising in pyjamas and self-care. We deliver one full set of luxury pyjamas, plus 3-4 high-quality, handpicked products from local businesses and global brands, straight to your door. All products undergo in-house quality control and will include, but are by no means limited to: skincare, beauty, aromatherapy, fragrances, socks, sleep masks and even some tasty drinks and snacks - this is just to name a few, babe!

Are the items in each monthly box different?

Yes. Every month, you will receive a box with items that differ from those received in the previous months.

When will I receive my box?

To ensure you get your first box as soon as possible, it will be dispatched within 1 working day of your order unless you order during a preorder, in which case it will be sent out with the next official batch on release day. For preorders and the remainder of your subscription plan, boxes will be dispatched on or before the 7th of every month.

When will my direct debit be taken and can I change the date?

To ensure you receive your box as soon as possible, your payment for your first box will be taken as soon as you make your order. For the remainder of your plan, payments will be taken on the 28th of the month prior to box release. For example, your March Pyjama Drama Box will be charged on the 28th of February. As we want to make sure your boxes get to you on time, the date of payments can unfortunately not be changed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account settings. Please note - this must be done before the 28th if you do not wish to receive any more boxes. If you are subscribed to a 6 or 12 month plan, you cannot cancel and will have to wait until your subscription finishes.

Something in my box was damaged, what do I do?

Occasionally, you may receive a delicate product which could get damaged on its way to you. If this is the case, please feel free to email us at: hello@pyjamadramabox.co.uk with a photo of the item and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
